Gifts to the Library for the Purchase of Books or Other Library Materials
Monetary gifts for the purchase of books or other library materials are gratefully accepted. Bookplates are placed inside all gift books noting the person in whose honor the book is given and the donor. In the case of gifts for the purchase of memorial books, the donor may designate a surviving spouse, family member, or friend to be notified of the memorial gift. Donors may make recommen- dations of specific titles or types of books which might be appropriate.
The purchase of a book for the library collection is a wonderful way to honor a spouse, friend, relative or child, on just about any occasion.

A memorial book is a lasting tribute to the memory of someone special.

Brad Alan Sokolov Fund For the Bexley Audiovisual Library Established in memory of Brad Sokolov, a young patron and friend of the library, earnings from the funds principal are used to purchase new audiovisual items.
Louise M. McCulloch Endowment For Literary and Scholarly Works Established in honor of longtime library trustee Louise M. McCulloch, earnings from this endowment are used to purchase copies of great literature, classic fiction, and scholarly works. A contribution to the fund helps ensure that the library always will be able to maintain a comprehensive collection of the best writing of the ages.

should be made to the Columbus Jewish Foundation.
Established by Janis
Mathless, in memory of her husband Norman Mathless, earnings from the fund are
given to the library for the purchase of books, magazines, and audiovisual
materials on Jewish life, history, and culture.
J. F. Schacht Memorial Fund Earnings from this fund, established in memory of a teacher of mathematics in the Bexley Schools, are used to purchase mathematics books for the library collection.
Samuel C. Shamansky Trust Fund Established in memory of Samuel C. Shamansky by his son Samuel H. Shamansky, the fund is an expendable trust that may be used for any library purpose. |  |  |
